Anyone can generate a clip now, and most of them look alike: plastic light, drifting faces, shots that don't cut together. Fixing that takes a photographer, a retoucher and an editor. Michel Passos Zylberberg has been all three for more than twenty years.

He treats a generated shot like a real one: the light has to make sense, the materials have to hold up, and the cut has to tell a story. It began with restoring old photographs, grew into retelling Flamengo's history as metaversoFla, reposted by Zico himself, and is now his daily work.
